Had a lovely meal on a week night very relaxing
Good food. Pool table in really good nick. Nice people and atmosphere. Only down side was it's hot with a small aircon doing little.
Nice Sunday arvo lunch, pretty chilled. We got the QA Burger and a Parmy (requested no chips). Fresh food. Friendly service and just a nice place to hang out.
We ate here twice whilst passing through town. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The beef nachos were the best I have ever had, and the lunch time steak special was delicious.
If you are planning on staying here overnight, be aware that most of these reviews are for the restaurant/bar, not the hotel part. We stayed here for two nights (both as a quick layover between Brisbane and Carnarvon Gorge).Pros:- Really cheap (it was like $20 for a room)- The restaurant is pretty good! Cons:- The rooms are pretty crappy. Our first one had holes in the window and the second one had a heater that basically didn't work.
