Friendly, but had a bad experience when incorrect parts ordered, caused delays in travel and higher costs waiting in accommodation. Checked three times what was ordered but order still put in wrong. No offer of compensation for this and correct parts ordered but not the brand I wanted without consulting with me first. Not happy with that brand - it must have been assummed I wasnt serious when I said I wanted heavy duty and I do a lot of offroad. Generally unhappy with the outcome.
