Long term patient of this medical Centre and have had the most professional and caring attention from all staff. Yes- they are busy but the online appointment system with Health Engine is so handy and convenient. Computer records allow any of the doctors to treat you with knowledge of your medical background. Highly recommended.
Very disappointed with the service I received from this medical centre today. Im travelling from Sydney with my family. Needed a medical centre today. Nothing urgent just some antibiotics. Reception staff told me they were fully booked and I should go to the hospital. It was not an emergency!! Explained to the staff that I didnt want to go to clog up emergency as it was not urgent. Im sure most medical centres leave 5-10mins gap between some appointments to accommodate unexpected patients in the centre (especially if urgent but not life threatening). Disappointed they couldnt fit us in as we are only staying overnight and there are not many medical centres in the area.
