I purchased a fridge online and it was sent through Wards Transport. It arrived in Roma on thursday and I missed a call from them on friday lunch time regarding delivery. I returned their call only to get a recorded message and didnt hear anything else from them. I call again on Monday and spoke to someone about delivery and was told no problem, it will be delivered today. It wasnt delivered, I called today, Tuesday, it took the girl 5 minutes to catch up with what I was calling about. When it finally arrived just before 5pm the guys dropped it at the front door, got a signature and said cya and walked off. No help to get it inside, very unprofessional. Anyone thinking of using this company, my advise would be RUN, RUN FAR AWAY.
